Job summary
A leading technology provider in Portishead is seeking an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) for a permanent position. This hands-on role involves maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure such as servers and networks, with a focus on ensuring reliable operations. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a support role and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Rotational night shifts are required, along with knowledge of ITIL best practices. Competitive salary of up to £30K per annum offered.
Qualifications
- Willing to work in Nights (Rotational Shifts).
- Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
