A leading public service provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated individual to assist asylum seekers in their accommodation needs. The role involves managing property standards, providing welfare support, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in a service environment, and be IT literate. You are required to have a valid UK driving licence for this role. A company car will be provided. On behalf of the Home Office, Serco manages the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the North West of England. We focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation.
