Join our team as a Tube Assembly Technician, where you'll play a vital role in assembling and fabricating large X-ray tubes in a controlled clean room environment. This position involves precision work, maintaining clean room standards, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assemble and test electro‑mechanical sub‑assemblies and systems following strict protocols.
  • Maintain clean room standards and ensure proper handling of components.
  • Complete build records, process check sheets, and sign off work orders accurately.
  • Use specialist tools and test equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Report material or quality issues and raise NCRs when necessary.
  • Ensure calibration compliance for all equipment used.
  • Support inventory management and consumable stock levels.
  • Experience in clean room environments (preferred, not essential).
  • Background in manufacturing or vacuum technology (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Competence in mechanical handling and safe working practices.
  • Experience in high‑tech, low‑volume manufacturing (advantageous).

  • Shift Pattern: Monday‑Friday, alternating shifts:
    Early: Mon‑Thu 06:00‑14:00, Fri 06:00‑13:30
    Late: Mon‑Thu 14:00‑22:00, Fri 13:30‑21:00
