A large-scale infrastructure project in the UK seeks an Employment Compliance Manager to lead compliance with employment law and workforce regulations. This role requires proven experience in IR35 compliance and a deep understanding of UK employment law. Responsibilities include owning the Visa Sponsorship Licence and advising senior leaders on workforce strategy.
