Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Early Years education.
  • Proven track record of impactful leadership within an EYFS setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Overview

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are seeking to appoint an experienced and inspirational Early Years Phase Leader to lead our Nursery and Reception Provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to shape the vision and drive excellence across the Early Years Foundation Stage. This role will be based at St. Peter’s Catholic First School Bromsgrove. This is a full‑time position, working 5 days per week plus INSET days.

Qualifications
  • have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in Early Years education
  • have a proven track record of impactful leadership within an EYFS setting
  • have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • be a visionary leader with a passion for inspiring young learners and empowering staff

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
