A leading digital agency in Greater London is seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager. You will manage key client accounts, coordinate projects, and develop strong relationships to ensure successful digital solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in client services and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of assigned account(s). Manages and coordinates client projects from planning to completion. Acts as the daily contact between the agency and the client, executes strategies, problem‑solves, develops solid business relationships, and provides client service support.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our Client Services team. As a team, we play an integral role in ensuring successful delivery of everything we do. We work closely with all teams at Inviqa to deliver quality output aligned to client and agency business objectives. We are constantly evolving to add value to both clients and the Inviqa business.
We work with a range of household brands to deliver services across the Digital landscape through Business Strategy, Experience Design, Agile Tech Development, Growth and Optimisation. Clients include Arsenal, Jellycat, Starbucks, Talkmobile, and Whitbread, to name a few.
We are looking for someone who is driven by helping clients succeed in digital; who is proactive, focussed on the bigger picture, and able to get things done. You must be adept at building relationships at all levels, engaging with stakeholders at client organisations, and working with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Five years’ experience working in a digital agency with a passion for staying up to date with the latest digital product innovations and a desire to connect brands to brilliant digital experiences. Able to build strong internal and external relationships, bringing together subject matter experts from XD, engineering, and strategy to deliver client needs. You are goal‑driven, deliver on commitments, empathic, and can step into the shoes of clients and colleagues to see different perspectives objectively. You share knowledge, give clear direction, give honest feedback, and collaborate as a default.
