Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Technology Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of :

  • Billing personally in contract
  • Winning new business consistently
  • Building, leading, and scaling successful contract teams

You will be responsible for launching and growing the Technology Contract Division , covering areas such as :

Software | Cloud | DevOps | Data | Cyber | Infrastructure | Digital Transformation

This is a true player-manager role with full P&L influence and long-term equity potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of contract tech recruiters
  • Drive consistent new business acquisition across technology markets
  • Lead by example with personal billings
  • Design and execute the strategy for the Tech Contract division
  • Recruit, train, and develop consultants into high billers
  • Oversee contractor compliance, IR35, payroll, and audit processes
  • Build PSL / MSP relationships and enterprise accounts
  • Forecast revenue, manage KPIs, and drive performance
  • Play a key role in shaping overall company culture and growth
Essential Experience
  • ✅ 5+ years in contract technology recruitment
  • ✅ Proven history of building and leading contract recruitment teams
  • ✅ Strong personal billing track record
  • ✅ Demonstrable success in new client acquisition
  • ✅ Deep understanding of IR35, umbrella, PAYE, and compliance
  • ✅ Experience with scaling teams and managing performance
