A healthcare service provider in Loughborough seeks a dedicated administrator for NHS Talking Therapies. This hybrid role entails handling calls, managing patient information, and supporting healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This position is an integral part of the service and will ensure the smooth running of the NHS Talking Therapies contract. This is done by providing an effective and efficient administrative service for NHS patients, referring GPs, healthcare professionals and ICB contacts. The role is varied and covers a range of administrative responsibilities that support the day to day operations of the service, as well as contributing to its ongoing development.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2 days in the office in Loughborough, Leicestershire and 3 days from home. During induction or training (3-4 weeks), the successful candidate will be expected to come into the office everyday.
