Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join the team. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about recruiting top talent. This is a truly hands‑on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our services, through ensuring that we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment cycle to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a timely and cost‑effective recruitment process. You will be a regional recruitment expert, working hand in hand with your hiring managers to ascertain hiring needs, determining the best course of action to devise and deliver effective recruitment campaigns and build meaningful and long‑lasting working relationships.

• Extensive experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns and overseeing multiple roles at once
• A proven track record of being a self‑motivated recruiter – we are open to both in‑house and agency recruitment experience
• The ability to use a variety of recruitment tools, including day‑to‑day management of our Applicant Tracking System and utilising social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
