What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to services needing ongoing agency cover. Your role will include:

• Account management – build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Recruitment – source, vet and match candidates for temp and perm roles, including supporting our internal Agency Support Worker team.
• Coordination – manage schedules, bookings and placements to ensure smooth staffing delivery.
• Business development – engage proactively with potential new services and candidates to grow our reach.

This role blends sales, relationship management and organisation, making every day varied and rewarding.

• Sales experience – e.g., Recruitment Consultant, Estate Agent, Sales Executive, Team Leader.
• Strong relationship‑building skills – able to connect with people fast and build trust.
