You will join our agile and flexible HR team, which focuses on solving people challenges across the company. Working closely with our senior People Partners, you will lead and support critical people projects in service of our global talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple HR teams across the company in executing their plans and processes, including recruiting, retention, career development, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
• Collaborate with our centres of expertise (CoE) to address HR needs across the organization.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and report on performance, initiative progress, and risks.
• Analyze capabilities and resources required to close or improve talent gaps and present data to promote positive change.
• Foster an environment where our values are demonstrated.

What do you bring to the Role?

• Experience with HR practices such as training, organization design, HR metrics, performance management, and compensation.
• Ability to coach employees and managers effectively.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR programs.
• Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations.
