A leading healthcare startup is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage performance and engagement programs. You will ensure compliance with labor laws while collaborating with managers to improve retention and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of HRBP experience and possess a current PHR or SPHR certification. As the largest health insurance exchange for the ACA, enrolling more individuals than healthcare.gov and all our competitors, we have helped over 10 million people enroll in health coverage to date in 2024. Your contribution will help hundreds of thousands of people navigate the complex and confusing health insurance industry and enable them to access health care when needed.

This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role where you'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor while also running the day‑to‑day. You'll own performance management and engagement programs, partner with managers across the organization, and ensure compliance for both hourly and salaried employees.
You will report to the VP of People Operations, whom you'll work with to build scalable, people‑first programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
The base salary range is $155,000–$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, and experience.
