A global consulting firm is looking for an HR Manager in Birmingham to oversee key HR initiatives and lead talent-related projects in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, an understanding of Diversity and Inclusiveness practices, and experience with technology like GenAI. HR Manager – Talent Consulting Centre of Excellence (CoE)
14 Month Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment
Level 3: Assistant Director
Location: London/ Birmingham
Hybrid working: currently a minimum 2 days per week in the office
The opportunity
Responsible for providing a responsive and insightful service to Strategic Talent Consultants (STCs) across service lines with particular emphasis on cyclical, BAU and project activities. This will include such activities as year-end and mid-year review (LEAD), pay review, Talent Development programmes, promotions, D&I, listening tools and planned engagement projects as well as restructuring programmes, ensuring appropriate hand offs to the Talent Shared Service Centre and ensuring delivery of effective processes for LEAD activities throughout the year. Providing effective collaboration for any workforce planning activities such as, but not limited to TUPE, redundancy, acquisitions, headcount management and change programmes.
