A growing organisation in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Programme Manager to lead the transformation of their training offering. This role involves reviewing existing programs, partnering with the Training Academy to modernize content, and standardizing learning experiences across multiple sites. Candidates should have a proven background in Learning & Development, strong project management skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity with a fixed-term contract for the next 18 months.

Working closely with the in‑house Training Academy and senior stakeholders, the L&D Programme Manager will review current training provision, modernise content and delivery, and embed a consistent, future‑fit learning framework that supports capability, engagement and organisational performance.
