Job summary
A reputable manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a busy site environment. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, leading recruitment, and driving engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong employee relations experience, relationship-building skills, and preferably experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments. This is a Monday to Friday, site-based role that emphasizes a people-first culture.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in end-to-end employee relations, handling both day-to-day and complex cases.
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and with unions.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases effectively.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes on site.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Coach and up-skill line managers.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives.
- Partner closely with trade unions and senior managers.
