Qualifications

• Strong experience in end-to-end employee relations, handling both day-to-day and complex cases.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels and with unions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases effectively.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes on site.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Coach and up-skill line managers.
• Support various HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner closely with trade unions and senior managers.
