A leading university in the UK seeks a Senior Programme Administrator to join its Partnerships Operations team. This full-time role involves leading a sub-team responsible for the student journey, from enrolment to completion, fostering a high-quality student experience. The role requires excellent communication, prioritization skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will work on-site part of the week while also having remote work flexibility. Academic Registry's primary function is to oversee and deliver a broad range of services which support and enhance the University's academic mission, acting as a key enabler for the delivery of its Education and Student Experience Strategy.
You are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Administrator to undertake a challenging and rewarding role within our Partnerships Operations team. You will lead a small sub-team of Programme Administrators who have responsibility for the entire student journey from enrolment to completion of study for our students studying for UoP awards at our UK and TNE partners.
For this role, you will need to be on site 2 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on‑site will be expected due to business needs.

Please note, annual leave may be restricted at certain times during the academic year due to business demands.
This is a full‑time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed‑term basis for 2 years due to Business Demand.
The post will be located on the third floor of the Nancy Astor Building on the University’s main campus.
