A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Executive Assistant in Oxford to support the CEO, CTO, and leadership team. This part-time hybrid role requires presence in the office from Monday to Wednesday, focusing on managing diaries, communication, and internal projects. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience as an EA within the Bio Tech sector, showcasing exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Monday to Wednesday office based, remaining hours home based - this is essential
Are you a highly organised, proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We re looking for an Executive Assistant who loves keeping things running smoothly and enjoys supporting senior leaders who are passionate about making a real impact.
This is a flexible, part-time role ( hours) where you ll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and wider leadership team becoming a trusted partner at the heart of the business. We are keen to talk to experienced EA's who have with a STEM or start-up background. You will need to be a strong character with the ability to manage a SLT who are all over the world. The CEO is office based Monday to Wednesday so they require the EA to be present during these times, the remaining hours can be from home.
