We are expanding our team in the South East and are now recruiting for experienced recruitment consultants to continue our fast growth in Bournemouth.
We are now recruiting for experienced recruitment consultants to further build our Technology business in 360 specialist roles. As a specialist recruiter, you will lead business development activities within a dedicated niche area, build talent pools of the best in-demand candidates, cross-sell Hays solutions, and seek out opportunities for PSL and MSP supply.
Our South East region includes some of the most sought-after locations in the UK, with established Technology hubs in multiple locations. Bournemouth and Brighton are prime beach locations with vibrant technology communities. Basingstoke, Guildford, and Farnborough are urban locations surrounded by countryside, with excellent transport links into London, supported by economic investment, and hosting a range of organisations in AI, Data, eCommerce, Cyber, IoT, MedTech, Fintech, public sector, and start-up communities.
As an experienced consultant, you can bring your expertise to our team either in your specialist sector or by expanding into a new sector. Your role involves attracting top talent, providing outstanding service to candidates and employers, managing the candidate experience from initial contact to post-start support. Your activities will be split between candidate engagement and client engagement, focusing on building relationships, converting candidates into clients, and establishing yourself as a recruiting expert in your market.
