A leading HR consultancy in Torquay is seeking an Interim Head of HR for a fixed term of up to 6 months. The successful candidate will develop the organisation's people strategy while managing HR practices and team performance. Key responsibilities include enhancing company culture, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting employee development. To excel in this role, candidates should be CIPD qualified and possess a driving licence. This position supports the company’s growth and strategic goals.
My Client is looking for an Interim Head of HR to lead on developing the organisation’s people strategy and practices.
Fixed term contract - up to 6 months
Days: 4 days a week. 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location : Torquay
Job Purpose
To lead on developing the organisation’s people strategy and practices, inputting into the overall company leadership strategy from a people perspective, implementing and embedding HR policies and procedures, and ensuring that the organisation’s culture is aligned with plans for growth.
Responsible for: HR team members and Reception
It is our expectation that our Head of HR will be CIPD qualified and have a driving licence
