A dynamic food retail company is seeking a Head of HR (Maternity Cover) to lead on People and Talent Strategy across multiple countries. The role includes overseeing recruitment, managing the pay and reward processes, and ensuring budget accountability. The ideal candidate will have generalist experience and a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the hospitality or retail sectors. Hybrid working model available: 3 days in the office during probation, 2 days afterward.
The purpose of this role is to lead on People and Talent Strategy across the Group (multiple countries). Act as cover for the CHRO in his absence in all matters.
Accountable for: Recruitment, Pay and reward processes, Talent, PAC budget.
Location: London based, offices at Old Street.
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in office during probation period, 2 days post probation period.
Team: People and Culture (PAC)
Reports to: CHRO
Direct reports: 2 - Recruitment Partner & Reward and Reporting Specialist
Experience within Generalist and Recruitment roles in hospitality/ retail / franchise businesses would be highly desirable.
