A leading HR consulting firm is looking for a part-time HR Manager for a temporary role in London starting January 7th, 2026. This position will involve acting as the primary contact for HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and managing diverse HR responsibilities including employee relations and performance management. Candidates must possess at least a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have experience in a stand-alone HR role.
We are seeking a CIPD Level 5 HR Manager for a temporary role, commencing 7th January 2026 for a period of between 1-2 months.
The role is part-time, 3 days per week based in our clients offices in London (Oxford Street Area).
You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers/heads of departments, providing sound advice on all HR matters and ensuring best practice aligned with UK employment law.
The position offers a diverse workload covering employee relations, performance management, policy and procedures management and general overall HR support.
