A growing consultancy firm is looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to lead strategic HR change initiatives. This role involves partnering with executives to design future-state HR models and improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing HR transformation roadmaps, assessing HR processes, and providing expertise in HRIS platforms like Workday and Oracle HCM. The position offers a competitive salary and is fully remote, though occasional travel to client sites is required.
The Senior HR Business Analyst will lead strategic HR change initiatives across the organisation, partnering with senior leadership to define, design, and deliver future-state HR operating models, processes, and digital solutions. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into HR capabilities that improve performance, employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Fully remote although travel to client site will be required occasionally. Competitive salary based on experience.
