This role involves handling HR generalist activities, leading employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ HR experience and strong communication skills. Onsite 4 days a week, with one day working from home.
Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 or willingness to work towards it is highly desirable.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Responsabilités
Provide clear, practical HR advice to managers and employees.
Manage employee relations activities and support resolutions.
Identify skills gaps and support training initiatives.
Assist managers in developing tailored development plans.
Support the performance management cycle and coaching.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Produce HR reports highlighting trends and insights.
