The ideal Residential Care Home Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven management experience in a 50+ bed care or nursing home for the elderly.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
- Commercial awareness with proven P&L accountability.
- Satisfactory DBS check and employment references.
