About You

The ideal Residential Care Home Manager will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven management experience in a 50+ bed care or nursing home for the elderly.
  • NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
  • Commercial awareness with proven P&L accountability.
  • Satisfactory DBS check and employment references.
