Job summary

A care provider of choice in Exeter is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead their care teams and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience, hold or be working towards an RMA, and have a strong regulatory knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 P/A plus PRP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experienced Registered Home Manager.
• Achieved a Good/Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in last inspection.

• Provide leadership of the Care, Facilities and Administration teams.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Avon Search and Selection are excited to be working with a Care provider of choice to help them source an experienced Home Manager to join their team at one their Private Specialist care facilities in Exeter. The company provides luxurious, modern facilities and the highest levels of care for its clients.

The Person

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experienced Registered Home Manager.
• Ideally have RMA or willing to work towards it.
• Achieved a Good/Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in last inspection.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the Care, Facilities and Administration teams of the Care Home.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that they are aware of the relevant regulations that apply to the service being managed.
• Maintain the operations of the service at the highest standards possible, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Company.
• Carry out and provide leadership in marketing the Home and selling its services.
• Manage the services within the Home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Provider, legislative requirements and relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices.
