The role

This L500 ranked West End firm are seeking to hire an Employment Property Partner.

• You will join a department that has an excellent reputation for high quality employment work. This role is to replace a Partner who has decided to not return following maternity leave. The department stands at a team of 6.
• You will work alongside the other Partners to drive the department. You will oversee the work of juniors and will play an active role in training, mentoring and career development.
• You will run a broad employment caseload, which will deal with both claimant and respondent work, and both contentious and non-contentious, at present the department is heavier with non-contentious work.
• The department works with clients than span a wide range of industry sectors.
• The caseload will include but not be limited to; Employment contracts, TUPE, workplace disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, redundancy, employee rights, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and compliance with labour laws.
• The team has a friendly, supportive and professional working environment.
• You should be an Employment Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive and negotiable and depend on your background and level of experience, you will also receive a good benefits package.
• You should be someone who is confident to go out and develop new business relationships
