Job Description

Lea Marston Hotel are currently recruiting Food and Beverage Assistants to work as and when required. The successful candidates will work across our 3 food and beverage areas including Conference and Banqueting, Restaurant and Pub.

1. Ensure the full provision of food & beverage services to all customers.
2. To ensure all public areas are customer ready at all times.
3. Provide a polite & professional service, customer focused at all times.
4. Welcome guests in a friendly manner with a willing to assist attitude.
5. Be familiar with current menus & wine lists throughout F&B.
6. Be familiar with products & services throughout the hotel.
7. Ensure bar is correctly set up & stocked prior to service.
8. Ensure closing procedures are followed and all check sheets are completed.
9. Up sell to customers where and when possible.

We do not offer any live-in accommodation.

Salary: £8.21 /hour
