Job summary

A community health organization in the UK is seeking an experienced HCA to provide compassionate care to housebound patients and those in care homes. Qualifications

• Experience working as an HCA or in a patient-facing role.
• Relevant Care Certificate or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of preliminary health checks.

• Record clinical observations and health metrics.
