Health and Wellbeing Manager

Salary: £43,476 – £47,172 per annum

Location: Falkirk, West Lothian, Edinburgh and Fife

Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop personalised, outcome-focused services for individuals with a range of support needs;
  • Implement and oversee relevant policies, procedures, and operational systems;
  • Achieve the aims and objectives of services in line with our organisational values and principles;
  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring high standards of practice and service delivery;
  • Provide efficient financial, administrative, and resource management;
  • Foster excellent communication and partnerships with partner agencies and local communities;
  • Promote and publicise the work of the service positively;
  • Identify and develop new service growth opportunities both locally and nationally.

We are looking for candidates who have recent experience in supporting multiple client groups, working with partners to ensure an excellent service to people we support and have a working knowledge of implementing and auditing effective outcome planning systems.

You will have strong understanding of outcome-based supervision and workforce development having led and managed teams with various grades of staff promoting a positive culture.

You will have or be willing to work towards appropriate qualifications for the post as defined by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) including a recognised Leadership and Management qualification within an agreed timescale. You will be able to demonstrate commitment to Continued Professional Development.
