A childcare solution provider in the UK seeks an experienced Room Leader to join their team in Redhill. Our lovely Client near Redhill are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team, based on a 40 hr working week covering 4 days on a rota basis, offering a fantastic starting salary c£32k depending on experience, and with loads of great benefits, including onsite parking and 30 days annual leave.

Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
