Job summary
A dedicated recruitment agency is looking for a Team Manager to oversee the Fostering Team in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure the quality of fostering services, and maintain compliance with legislation and regulations. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £52,000 per annum, encouraging applicants from diverse backgrounds and focusing on promoting equality and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Understanding of relevant legislation and standards.
- Social Work England registration required.
- Experience in fostering and team management is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of Assistant Team Managers and Supervision Social Workers.
- Ensure high quality Fostering Service support.
- Supervise staff and promote positive outcomes for children.
- Maintain agency standards and compliance with Ofsted inspections.
- Collaborate with Directors and local authorities.
