Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-time, permanent
On-call requirement: Yes (shared rota)

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to join our growing children’s residential service and support the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care and life‑changing outcomes for the young people we support.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day leadership and operation of the home, ensuring a high standard of care, positive culture and full compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager and lead a dedicated staff team, supporting them to deliver consistent, therapeutic and child‑centred practice. You will also contribute to budget management, staff development and the strategic progression of the home.
