We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to join our dynamic team in Stevenage. This is more than just a kitchen role - it's your chance to lead a motivated team, create exceptional food, and help shape a modern, forward-thinking food culture within one of the UK's leading catering companies.
As Chef Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operation, leading a catering team including 3 direct reports. You'll take the reins on everything from planning delicious, high-quality meals to managing stock and ensuring top-tier hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver exceptional food and service
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance
Take pride in preparing fresh, innovative meals that wow clients and customers
Maintain a spotless kitchen and front-of-house environment
Handle weekly reporting and ordering with accuracy and efficiency
Champion health, safety, and food hygiene standards
