- Lead all kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch, café bar and hospitality.
- Plan and deliver seasonal menus focused on freshness, quality and value.

- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and allergen controls.
- Manage ordering, stock control, waste and cost performance effectively.
- Coach and develop team members, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
- Work closely with front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
