• Dedicated to delivering excellence in guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards, and equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Experienced in maintaining food safety, health standards, and understanding kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
• Committed to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
