What will you be doing? Here's a taster:

• Taking ultimate responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team to deliver exceptional food while ensuring profitability and health & safety standards
• Recruiting, onboarding, developing, inspiring, and retaining kitchen talent in collaboration with the General Manager
• Having a deep knowledge of the menu and training your team accordingly
• Working with the restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences, ensuring food presentation and quality are top-notch, and food costs are controlled
• Training your team on policies, processes, and guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met
