Your Journey as a Head of Business:

• Deliver top financial results across all departments, providing a first-class experience for your associates and customers.
• Ensure all processes and standards meet FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence aligned with manufacturer standards.
• Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver excellence.
• Lead all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, parts, labour, and aftersales care.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented associates, supporting their growth through reviews, training, and progression plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with manufacturers by implementing brand strategies, policies, and procedures to a high standard.

• A proven top-performer at leadership level within the automotive sector, driven by a passion for the industry.
• Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit, and trade practice legislation, capable of satisfying GI Compliance requirements and maintaining good financial repute.
• Experienced in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams, motivating and coaching for excellence.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
