A leading UK housebuilder is seeking a Finance lead to oversee the divisional finance operations and provide financial advisory to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial accounting background and a proven ability to lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Managing Director, and indirect reporting line to Regional Finance Director, to lead an efficient and cost-effective Divisional Finance operation, provide financial advice to the MD and the Management Team, and contribute fully in that team on wider Business issues. Drive financial agenda whilst ensuring appropriate checks and balances are in place and maintained in order to support the growth and achievement of business success.
