Overview

Finance Assistant, Finance — 39 hours, 5 days per week. We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier invoices and payments with accuracy and speed.
  • Reconcile accounts, journals, and VAT to keep finances on track.
  • Keep records organised and reporting deadlines met every time.
  • Build strong supplier relationships by handling queries efficiently.
  • Lend a hand across Finance department including Income Audit and Accounts Receivable.
Role details

As a Finance Assistant you will be in an office-based role, working predominantly from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

To be a successful Finance Assistant candidate, you will have previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, strong attention to detail, be extremely organised, proactive, reliable and collaborative in your approach.
