The PHOENIX Group are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors who have a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience. Your overall responsibility will be to provide excellent levels of customer service to our customers at all times.
The position requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement as you will be liaising with healthcare professionals. The role includes: dealing with incoming calls, placing customer orders, investigating and resolving customer queries, informing customers on all aspects of our services and product ranges, and proactive service calls.

The role is full time working on a shift rotation between the hours of – 6pm with the occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm.
