A major convenience store operator in Chesterfield is seeking a part-time Counter Clerk. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and informing customers about Post Office products and services. Candidates should have a passion for community service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position offering 12 hours per week.
Responsabilités
- Deliver first-class customer service as a Counter Clerk.
- Inform customers about the latest Post Office products and services.
Required for 12.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. Within our store network we operate a number of Post Offices which provide a valued service to the local communities and our Counter Clerks play a very important part in helping us achieve this.
- As a Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for the delivery of the first class level of customer service that our customers have come to expect.
- You will also be required to build and develop sales by ensuring that our customers are kept informed of the latest products and services available from the Post Office.
