About the Role

The Best Connection are excited to recruit on behalf of our valued client for a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team based in the Elland/Brighouse area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting smooth business operations in a busy office environment.

You'll play a key role in keeping the administrative and transport functions running seamlessly, ensuring everything from paperwork to vehicle logistics is managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily paperwork for deliveries and material collections
  • Record and maintain accurate vehicle movement logs on internal systems
  • Liaise with drivers and organise transport schedules
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider team
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Support Environment Agency compliance through accurate data handling
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal records
  • Conduct stock checks and manage stock orders to support operations
