A growing international engineering firm in Portsmouth is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its UK HR function. This senior role requires a CIPD Level 5 qualification and at least 5 years' experience in HR management. The HR Manager will oversee the entire HR operation, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, developing HR policies, and driving performance management across the workforce. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and possess strong communication skills. Competitive salary and car allowance offered.

This is a senior, hands‑on role, offering the opportunity to shape people strategy, embed robust HR processes, and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team during a period of growth and change.
