Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide end-to-end ER support. The role involves managing complex employee issues, advising managers, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Ideal candidates will have proven ER experience and excellent communication skills. This hybrid position is based in central London and offers a competitive day rate of £350, suitable for a duration of approximately 3 months starting in January.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations role with full end-to-end case management.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
  • Excellent investigation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on ER policies.
  • Lead and support formal processes including investigations.
