You’ll report to the Senior HRBP – UK&I Services and will oversee providing a professional HR support to local business partners, adherence to company policy and deployment of Alstom HR initiatives and ensures line managers develop their human relation skills to care for their teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, as well as exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the local senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies that support our organisational goals.
