HR Administrator - Facilities Maintenance

Role

We're looking for a proactive HR Administrator to provide HR support to managers and employees. You'll deliver clear, consistent HR advice, manage a range of employee relations cases, support with key projects, and contribute to improving our people practices. You'll also assist with HR Services tasks during busy periods.

Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance to employees on policies, HR, and pay-related queries.
  • Supporting administrative processes by managing employee life cycle changes, including family-friendly leave, redundancy, secondments, sabbaticals, and probation extensions, ensuring compliance.
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Contributing to HR Shared Services projects and process improvements.
  • Assisting with calculating exit costs for redundancy and settlement agreements.
