Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements.
    • Review and shortlist job applicants.
    • Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually.
    • Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.
  • HR Documentation Management:
    • Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters.
    • Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.
  • General HR Support:
    • Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within Tecna UK.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
Working Hours & Environment
  • This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 to 4 days a week based in our office.
  • Core working hours are between 9am – 3pm (flexible)
  • Flexibility with hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week.
