What You'll Do
  • Lead CRM Implementations: Own the process from discovery and scoping to configuration, launch, and optimisation.
  • Configure Leading Platforms: Work hands‑on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, and Zoho to meet client goals for acquisition, nurturing, retention, and reporting.
  • Data Management: Handle migrations, field mapping, integrations, and consent, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Be the Expert: Act as the go‑to CRM specialist for client accounts, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Email Marketing Excellence: Design and execute tailored email strategies, build automated journeys (welcome, onboarding, lead nurturing, re‑engagement), and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Client Collaboration: Present solutions, share insights, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable results.
  • Project Management: Juggle multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and scope are met.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Set up dashboards, track KPIs, and uncover optimisation opportunities to enhance segmentation, automation, and customer journeys.
