Graduate Proposals Coordinator - Europe

Location: London or Newcastle - Hybrid/Remote

Salary: Circa £25k dependent on experience plus Flexible Fund Benefits

Penspen are looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing Europe Sales team as a Proposals/ Commercial Specialist based out of either our London or Newcastle Offices (full time office or hybrid working model).

This role will be integral to the organisation and crucial in securing the company’s future success and growth. The successful candidate will input into all sales related tasks, including pre-qualifications, proposals, presentations and assist in the continued development of new and creative ways to communicate with our clients.

This is a truly interesting and rounded role with significant exposure across multiple and varied tasks and will require a high degree of collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Bid Managers in the development of sales strategies.
• Supporting Bid Managers in the generation of compelling sales material.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Preparation of pre-qualifications and expression of interest documentation.
• Creation and editing of internal and external sales presentations.
• Administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Administration of company documentation and internal filing.
• Building relationships internally and externally across all levels.
• Monitoring public external sources for sales leads.
• Maintaining company compliance with internal sales procedures and processes.
